Key Roles & Responsibilities:   - Stakeholder engagement to understand requirements for new analytics/ reports, and work together to finalize Business Requirement Definition (BRD) for various key Finance initiatives including e.g. ALCO automation, data/ country coverage, performance improvements, etc.  - Drive iterative fact-finding discussions with Country / Group stakeholders, Group Finance Systems (GFS) and GTO to recommend solutions to deliver stakeholders’ requirements.  - Undertake to translate BRD into Functional Specifications (FSD) for development by GTO.  - Provide functional leadership for model configuration.  - Be involved in periodic UAT cycles and promote the business requirements to production.  - Provide support to other teams within Group Finance Strategic Solutions providing product management and functional guidance.  - Support promotion and usage of Liquidity Solutions across the Group and as an enabler for Finance Transformation (FT) linking in with other regulatory (e.g. IRRBB/ BCBS/ FDSF) programs.  - Ensure stability, performance, reliability and appropriate controls across the capability working with core partners in GTO & FSSC.  Qualification & Skills:  Selection Criteria:  - Highly motivated individuals with a strong track record of achievement, especially in Finance area.  - A team player and enjoy interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment.  - Able to creatively apply analytical solutions to business problems.  - Ability to work under constant pressure to tight deadlines and deliver high quality output.  Key Skills:  - Good knowledge of Finance and General Ledger (GL) reporting processes is must.  - Experience in balance sheet management and/ or ALCO reporting will be given preference.   - Techno-functional skill-sets involving SQL, SDLC and data lineage & mapping will be an advantage.  - Any experience with FERMAT application (or risk-management systems) or OBIEE is an added advantage  Education : MBA (Finance) / CA plus CFA  Experience: 6 years +
