Business Analyst - Executive Secretary to Owner (5-9 yrs)
The Business Analyst works very closely with the owner and supports the owner for all business related activities, and ensuring that the owner has all the necessary information to make sound judgement.
Key Responsibilities:
Research:
- Industry and company specific background research
- Identify potential strategic partners and acquisition targets.
- Preparing background briefs on key meeting participants.
Analysis:
- Financial statement analysis
- Market and peer review
- Valuation
Writing:
- Meeting notes/minutes
- Presentations
- Speeches
- Correspondence
This is a full time role that reports directly to the owner.
Qualifications:
Post graduates, preferably business, finance and/or commerce.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of commercial work experience ideally in FMCG, but will consider financial, consulting, any other businesses.
- Have worked as Business Analyst, Corporate Secretary, Executive Secretary to the CEO or equivalent or in Corporate Planning or Strategy area.
Competencies:
- Good note taking skills
- Highly organized and able to improvise
- Research and analytical skills
- Problem solving
- Articulate
- Good data manipulation skills (excel and data management)
- Good presentation skills (PowerPoint and speech writing)
- Commercial acumen
- Highly efficient communication skills in both written and verbal
Essential:
- Indian national
- Male
- Currently resides in UAE
- Must be able to travel frequently
- Age 30+ to 40 years old
