JD for Business Analyst - EDG.

Exp In Project management/Order management.

Lead the technical solution design and implementation of projects and create solutions to meet business challenges and resolve system / process issues

- Perform detailed analysis of business and technical processes and requirements

- Responsible for business process understanding of data consumption.

- Data Lifecycle management processes and procedures

- Work with data quality toolsets to identify improvements and execute

- Work with business counterparts to identify demand / needs and prioritize

- Drive streamlining of Entitlement data end to end process flow

- Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues

- Ability to interpret data to derive root cause assessment

- Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule

- Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.

- Coordinate the review, presentation and release of templates, flow-charts, analysis etc.

- Develop, document, and maintain data quality goals and standards.

- Lead requirement meetings and author business requirement documents for enhancements

- Establish SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to train Data remediation team

- Measure ROI of data quality efforts.

- Good office software skills (e.g., Excel, Access, Visio, PPT, MPP), knowledge of relational databases, and familiarity with statistical packages and analysis techniques

- Good knowledge & hands-on experience in Oracle applications - Order Management, Service Contracts, Install Base, TCA modules

- Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment

- Proven ability to provide guidance and make decisions that require judgment and consideration of possible impacts

- Should have exhibited accountability, ownership and decision making capabilities

- Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources.

- Demonstrated process management, testing and document control skills

- Experience on task prioritization, workload and escalation management

- Ability to create reports and dashboards

- Strong verbal and writing skills, project and time management skills, ability to work in teams

- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment

- Good working knowledge of data quality measurements, total quality management, business process monitoring, and user requirements gathering

- Ability to manage change process, understand implications of data quality, measure cost and benefits of data quality, detect and correct errors in databases
