Job opening for - Manager / Sr.Manager

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, deal with IT related solutions and knowledge of technical architecture of the products.

- Should define product scope, milestone schedules & Estimation with Product/ Project Manager & Business team

- Will do complete requirement analysis with respective product leads and create detailed project plans (with macro and micro milestone views)

- Lead Software Development activities along with Quality Assurance/ Control requirements

- Will interact with client and process owners to gather requirements

- Have to propose workflow of solution

- Have to write approach and methodology, propose most suitable technology and required manpower for the proposed solution for Client requirements

- As a writer of technical solution, have to design Use case scenarios, map business process, design UML, DFDs

- Understand the requirements of client and communicate & manage change from product & business teams

- Assist and mentor junior team members in their daily work activities

- Have to provide inputs on latest technological changes in the market

- Engage in project service delivery for existing or new projects /products.

- Have to outreach market to interact national and International clients

- Should be able to travel national/International locations as and when required by company.

Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science Engineering (B-Tech/ MCA)

- Having MBA or equivalent degree will be preferred.

- Prior total experience of 10+ years of working and 6-7 year in Business Analyst / Client facing role in IT / e-Governance consulting area

- Experience of at least 3 - 5 years in Government domain preferably in urban sector.

- Should have excellent understanding of Multiple Platform (e.g. Open Source, .Net, Mobile Technology, Java)

- Working knowledge in pre-sales, bid-process management and business development activities in Government sector would be an added advantage

- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio, MS Projects, Power point Presentations and report writing skills

- Should exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management, strong analytical ability and good project management.
