Business Analyst cum Executive Assistant to Business Head - Wholesale Banking

Responsibilities :

- Pan India oversight of Business Development cum Sales team

- Define operational parameters & created excel model to track performance of BD Teams

- Strategy: Prepare strategic plan for growth and keep track of the same. Make business presentations for top management

- Design new models to grade target markets, evaluate team performances, Set business targets

- Identify team wise key focus areas & quantified improvement required to achieve targets, make plans for shortfall

- Designed MIS to continuously track meetings by the relationship teams

- Tracked pan India performance of competitors & prepared monthly market watch reports

Location : Mumbai, Parel

Experience : Require atleast 2-4 years post qualification experience

Require someone with excellent communication and presentation skills

Preference will be given to those from Premier Institutes
