Business Analyst - Corporate Strategy - Real Estate

Actively scouting for a dynamic and passionate core strategist for an emerging brand in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, technology, consulting, renewable energy, finance, media and entertainment.

The incumbent will be working with top management, board of directors, investors, stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define and document business processes and business requirements for new initiatives and modern trade practices.

Key desirable :

- An experience of 02 to 05 years with a real estate development firm or with a consulting firm with real estate as core practice.

- A degree in management from a reputed B school preferably Tier I and Tier II schools. A graduate degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Engineering will be a big plus.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to think conceptually and creatively.

- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time

- Confidence in professional settings.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Flair for people practice and firm believer of karma.

Purpose of the job :

Primary Responsibility :

Responsible for evaluating all collaborative deals, deciding growth path for the company, determining company's overall direction, troubleshooting existing company issues, automating processes, B2B business development for the real estate division, assisting top management in decision making process, leading internal departments to a collaborative & harmonious state of functioning.

Secondary Responsibility :

Assisting top management in identifying potential areas of investment and growth in the field of technology, eCommerce, media, entertainment, solar energy and luxury retail.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Cash Flow & Asset Management of existing projects.

- Building Systems and Process at Organisation level.

- Raising capital through Debt & Equity

- Project Acquisition

- Project Evaluation (Market, Commercial, Technical, Product Mix and Financial Feasibility)

- Managing investor relations

- Co-ordination with external parties such as consultants and Investment Bankers

- Managing personal portfolios of promoters.

- Representing the board for negotiations with stakeholders and various consultants.

- Analyze and model the business domains to create a complete picture of work-flows and key requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed practices.
