Business Analyst - Core Banking/Payments Domain - IT

Position: Core Banking/Payments Domain Business Analyst (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role and Requirements:

- BE+MBA

- 8-15 yrs of experience

- Working experience as a Banking Domain Business Analyst with experience in Core Banking/ Payments/ Card Payments

- Gather business requirement, mapping the requirement with system, and preparing Gap Document

- Interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA and subject matter experts to define the technical vision and scope

- Create requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, and task/process/workflow analysis

- Write concise and effective user stories with precise and accurate acceptance criteria that effectively capture stakeholder needs and intent

- Serve as a conduit between the customer community (internal and external) and the technology team

- Work with Product Management to validate and accept or reject completed features

- Manage change throughout the lifecycle of projects
