Business Analyst/Consultant - Retail & CPG

- Solution principle or Domain Consultant in retails and CPG experience in order to cash bussines improvement, target retail industries.More into process consulting person, End to End knowledge for CPG or Retail. The person should be in process improvement side exposure into US or UK is required as this will be done onsite. Travelling would be there.

JD - Business Analyst / Domain consultant with 5+ years experience in consulting services working with global organizations. Candidate should have worked for minimum of 5 years in Retail / CPG consulting space through one of the consulting organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) to Retail and CPG customers

- Develop domain led propositions on topics of prime concern for company's global Retail & CPG clientele

- Ability to position and take the Retail & CPG consulting offerings in global markets

Must Haves:

- Should have been part of the defining the strategy for Business Transformational programs for Retail / CPG organizations

- Should have experience in consulting in Retail / CPG business process improvement/ Re Engineering

- Deep knowledge of the Retail & CPG end to end business value chain

- In Depth knowledge of Retail & CPG Business Processes and its dependencies

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic

- Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up
