Business Analyst - Client Reference Data

Responsibilities:

Client Reference Data (CRD) is responsible for all of the account and legal entity data, as well as documents and contracts, leveraged across company institutional trading platforms. The Client Onboarding Program is focused on the opening and full lifecycle of new client and new account data.-

Work with multiple Business Departments and IT teams to capture requirements and help implement solutions.

Analyse and conceive new business processes and re-engineer existing ones for optimization

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team

Manage application production incidents and provide Level 3 business support

Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure a full understanding of requirements on both ends

Document and create use case scenarios for quality assurance testing

Co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing

Document and memorialize product and business knowledge to make it accessible to team members and end users.

Maintain extensive knowledge of all the business unit's applications and the applications use of enterprise reference data.
