Business Analyst - Business Consulting

- Business Analysts learn the basics of Consulting and are gradually groomed to take up client-facing roles, which may involve short and long term travel to client locations globally.

- Primary responsibilities will include project execution in the functional competence areas allocated (supply chain, IT systems integration, Business intelligence etc.) within the organization. These responsibilities include requirement gathering, data analysis, modeling of business scenarios, and project documentation.

- All primary activates require very high standards of quality due to the high-impact nature of the business.

- Secondary responsibilities will include activities related to organizational visibilities, conducting learning sessions, self-development activities etc.

Basic Competencies and Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain concepts, tools, systems and processes

- Market and business understanding across industries, sectors

- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, strong analytic skills

Requirements:

- Engineers, up to 1-2 years of experience
