Analyst
Job Overview :
- A market facing position that requires providing insightful analysis and advice to clients on one or multiple Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) markets through published reports and client specific custom research.
- The role includes developing domain expertise in fields such as F&A,HR,BFSI - researching, writing industry reports and helping clients through custom advisory engagements. This will include regular interaction with global buyers, service providers, investors and Industry associations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop domain knowledge - gathering, structuring and storage of relevant subject information
- Detailed numerical analysis of data to identify key trends effecting markets
- Consolidate numerical analysis and domain knowledge into best in class industry reports
- Support the practice through client engagements, developing syndicated reports and internal business development efforts
- Proactively developing new content and insights

Qualifications :
- A degree in Engineering - BE/B. Tech from a reputed institute
- 1.5 - 2.5 years work experience in a professional services environment (Management Consulting/ Business Research)
