Business Analyst - BFSI (7-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our Micro Financial based client@Hyderabad.
Primary Skills:
- Should be very strong in financial services domain and good exposure to 2 to 3 domains (Telecom, IT security, Health Care etc)
- Should be quick learner
- Strong Analytical and modelling skills in UML.
- Liaison with customer and teams for functional requirements discussions, reviews and clarifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be adept at creation of BRD, SRS/ FRD, Use cases.
- Experience in analyzing high level business requirements and using them to creating wireframes, mock-ups.
- Participate in application (technical and test) design and development (no coding needed) activities to check if they meet business requirements.
- Conduct Functional Testing.
- Experience on Review Test cases and test plans.
- Should have participated in a 2 project execution life cycles.
- Strong presentation and Training skills.
Good to have:
- Experience in Microsoft dotnet projects
- Experience in Microfinance domain
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of experience as Business Analyst
