Job Description :

- Broad business domain knowledge in the global capital markets, Investment services industry, including securities processing, Risk, Compliance, custody, accounting and cash processing.

- Operate as the domain SME and functional delivery head for few of the key functional areas of the client with deep understanding of the business analysis practice.

- Lead coordination and consensus building across multiple global internal and external business and technology groups, and lead initial strategy/planning and scope definition through to process design, requirements development, testing, training and implementing of the solution for their functional area assigned.

- Formulate and define program scope and objectives for the work stream across all business, operations, and technology stakeholders in a specific business domain. Identify and address defects, answer questions from all parties, including technology, testers and the business.

- Lead a team of junior business analysts across domain areas.

- Mentor the team and increase business knowledge competency for the entire technology team.

- Professional elicitation techniques--elicitation of needs; effective facilitation of business process discussions with key stakeholders including senior stakeholders.

- Understand and document business process as-is and to-be. Documenting processes, how operating models work and impacts or trade-offs of different requirements to the business process in question

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of related global experience required with a Bachelor's and an MBA preferably in Finance with broad business domain knowledge in the global capital markets

- Strong technology and SDLC experience with deep expertise in best-in-class methods, tools and techniques for elicitation and documentation of requirements. This includes use case modeling, business process modeling, and formal requirements traceability. Should have led a team of mid-level and junior business analysts

- Must have provided mentoring and leadership across strategic programs within their domain area of expertise to optimize solutions that gains competitive advantage and drive revenue.

- Experience analyzing, and defining business requirements, functional specifications and operational architecture for a functional work stream within a strategic, global financial services program.

- Experience with definition of business roadmap, functional design and business architecture

- Should have proven track record of working as the functional head/lead for large BFS programs

Exceptional communication skills with experience in public speaking at industry forums and executive-level presentations.
