Business Analyst - Banking & Insurance

We are hiring for Business Analyst in Change Management team for one of our leading client in BFSI industry.

Role:

Business Analyst is required to work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating and clarifying requirements and defining design options.

The BA Change Management activities span across early change planning to designing & delivering change interventions (e.g. communication, training, support)

Key Responsibilities:

- Change planning and audience analysis.

- Tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption and feedback.

- Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change - product-, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment.

- ability to work closely with and build good relationships with Software delivery, IT Operations, Service Delivery, and with other delivery partners and Global Functions.

- Act as expert across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of business analysis, requirement gathering & design techniques

Good understanding of Global Change Delivery business transformation frameworks.

Prefer a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Min 6 - 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
