Business Analyst - Banking Domain (3-6 yrs)
Client: One of leading companies in banking compliance, risk and analytics solution in banking space catering to banking clients in India and abroad.
Business Analyst:
- Must be able to clearly understand requirements through available requirement documents & user interactions
- Must be able to elaborate on requirements by probing/ challenging the underlying objectives/needs
- Must be able to think through all the various scenarios/ needs identified
- Must be able to think from requirement completeness perspective and capture unaddressed scenarios/needs;
- Must be able to clearly articulate the requirements and document it in way that both the business users as well as solution architects can understand
- Must be able to identify & build test scenarios & test cases
- Must have hands on experience on SQL
- Should have supported one UAT lifecycle.
- Should have experience in business requirement documentation leading to project scope definition.
- Ability to document know how & structure knowledge transfer process.
Qualification: Engineers with MBA from Product Banking Tech companies. Should be functionally strong with an interest in technology.
Experience: 3 - 5 years
