Business Analyst

- Automated Reporting team needs an MSBI professional who can develop moderate to complex reports and cubes. The candidate will also be able to design reporting architecture and guide other team members.

- Provide accurate and concise results to the management team. Synthesizes data across functions/departments.

- Accountable for regular reporting or process administration. Uses advanced tools and techniques to perform assigned work. Considered a subject matter expert in discipline.

- Maintain strong audit and control procedures to monitor health of production processes. Able to manage Projects and resource allocate.

- Experience on Agile will be a plus.

- Designing reporting architecture

- Developing reports in SSRS over SQL Server, SSAS cubes and other databases (Teradata)

- Analyze data for reports and laying it out in form of a Dashboard

- Work with end users to submit process and test ITSM requests

- Estimating the end to end timeline for development and adhering to the due dates in JIRA

- Follow the code standards and best practices of report development

- Facilitate and drive meetings with peers and management to deliver accurate and timely quality reports

- Gather requirements from users to build and enhance reports and quality controls

- Translate business requirements like prioritizing, developing schedules, determining resources, preparing plans, data and documentation, and resolving issues

- The ability to self organize and multi task is critical

- Collaborate with management and staff in the development and implementation of all projects and/or initiatives related to operational goals and/or process improvement directives

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

- 7+ years of experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS (Must have)

- Understanding of MDX and multi-dimensional data sources

- Work with version control tools like Subversion and project tracking tools, JIRA in a team setting

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- General knowledge of Tableau preferred

- Very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills

- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
