We are looking to hire a Business Analyst in ALM immediately  Job location: Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai  Experience: 5 + years  - Should join in 15-20 days max  JD:  - You are responsible for a variety of analytic activities like requirements engineering and management and data analysis. As part of the IT Asset and Liability Management & Treasury (ALM/T) team, you work on a broad range of topics concerning ALM/T and IT.   - The team is responsible for supporting ALM/T (Liquidity, Interest, Capital Management and Treasury) with sustainable IT solutions.  On a typical day you are doing one or more of the following activities:  - Planning Business Analysis approach and customising it to the project type  - Eliciting business needs and requirements of ALM/T business users  - Using enterprise analysis to define and scope the business needs and recommend appropriate solutions   - Base-lining business requirements and obtaining sign-off  - Translation of the business needs and requirements into IT requirements  - Creating Functional specs/Functional design in line with the business requirements  - Participation in preparation of PIDs  - Managing requirements and communicating changes to all stakeholders  - Proposing and assessing solution approaches  - Coordinating with and assisting the Solution Design team to ensure IT requirements are correctly understood and implemented  - Functional Acceptance testing of the solution/change and assisting business users in Business Acceptance testing  - Assisting the Functional Maintenance team with incident analysis and resolution  - Implementation of reports within the Quality Resource Management (QRM) Framework  - Working with project managers on project tracking and coordination for work-package deliverables
