Experience: 10-17 years
Base Location: Mumbai/ Delhi
Role and responsibility
- Should be capable of designing and proposing solutions to meet customer requirements and address complex governance / technical process requirements.
- Provide technical consultation to the customers and keep them updated with the current technological advancements.
- Should work with Domain presentation team value preposition, through consulting approach.
- Responsible for leading a team which develops comprehensive solutions, through deep engagement with the clients and carries out the process mapping.
- Responsible for developing customer relationship through deep engagement (CXO Level) and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues.
- Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving. Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solving and strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions.
- Business acumen and IT knowledge Strong business development skills. Must have an understanding of current market trends, risks and prevalent technologies used in the industry.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and social networking skills
- Polished verbal and written communication style. Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with project teams and the client.
- Personal drive -Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, a strong desire to learn and shape your own career path. Commitment to making a positive lasting client impact.
- Self-guided attitude-The ability to succeed in a professional environment where client and project direction is not always well defined. Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging client environments and/or new business areas.
- Provide Domain knowledge to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met.
- Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained Responsible for generating reports and other such documents.
- Strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering on transformational engagements.
