The Financial Controller reports to the Director and contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting.  Job Description:  - Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.  - Monitors the company's financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors and Directors.  - Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; and recommending relevant plans of action.  - Manages cost objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  - Provides information on the company's financial condition to the Directors by designing management dashboards, and preparing sales and profitability analyses.   - Leads the compliance with central, state, and local legal requirements.  - Manages financial and operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.  - Maintains the finance team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
