Reporting to : VP - Marketing   Direct Reportees : None  Key responsibilities/ accountabilities :   - Planning marketing calendar, media plans, campaigns for the brand   - Align plans to meet objectives of footfalls and sales for the restaurants  - Supporting the understanding of consumers and consumer feedback through research and consumer contact and using that to improve the brand perceptions and marketing activities  - Create plans for new market and new store launches including media plans, activation, opening big idea and innovations  - Briefing the agencies for campaigns, managing the integrated created process and delivering the campaigns  - Monitoring business objectives on a regular basis, identifying gaps and creating plans to support the same   - Lead the initiatives to improve lagging store performance through analysis of consumer needs and gaps and making specific plans to achieve the same  - Liaise with Operations and finance team to align them for the brand objectives for the month / quarter  Relationships :  Internal : Finance, Operations, NPD  External : Agencies  The candidate :  Qualification : MBA  Experience : 4-6 years  Preferred Industry : QSR, Retail, Hypermarkets  Any other requirement (e.g travelling etc) : Travel to launch locations as per the schedule of launch
