We are looking for BDM-Training Services Sales Specialist, for one of our Clients in the Space of IT Infrastructure, Managed Services and Cloud Computing. The Client is a Global Leader and was one of the top 5 Employers in terms of Employee offerings in 2015.  Objective / Purpose of duty :  Direct Sales of Company's Training Services portfolio consisting of Vendor Training, eLearning, Best Practices Training, User Adoption Services, etc in the Hunting and Farming accounts  Main responsibilities :  - Aggressively driving Training Services business in Hunting and Farming Accounts through Business Planning, Account Planning, Sales Pipeline building, Accuracy in Forecast & Opportunity Management,   - Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Business Targets (Booking / Revenue & Profitability) as well as Accounts Receivables Management  - Managing relationship & Customer Satisfaction Index with all clients handled.  - Managing relationship with OEMs like Cisco, Microsoft, EMC, VMWare, Citrix, etc.  - Understanding Company's Solutions and services offerings, positioning & value selling  - Transactional selling / Business development & Upsell / Cross-Sell activities in Hunting & Farming Accounts.   Essential Skills :  - Sound Business sense, Good knowledge of Business Development & Sales of Services.  - Fair understanding of Knowledge/Learning/Training Industry   - Knowledge of IT/Networking/Security industry / clients.  - Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills  Qualification :   - Graduation or Diploma   - MBA Qualification would be preferred  Experience :  8- 10 years in the Enterprise/Corporate Sales with minimum 3-5 years in Services Sales, preferably in Knowledge Industry OR IT Systems Integration Industry.
