Role:   Reports to MD - Indian Sub continent  Designation: BU Head  Location: Mumbai  - Take charge of the current operating business, understand the dynamics and connect with the team - win their hearts and minds  - Evaluate the current structure and change if needed to set on the path of accelerated growth  - Build the Business from current 14 mln USD to 40 mln over the next 3-4 years.  - Responsible for full P&L and key financials like WC (Inventory, AR), FCF, provisions etc.  - Responsible for managing current team of 30+ people and grow to match the business aspirations.  - Ensure the development of talent internally to meet business needs.  - Position the business consistent with global positioning and ensure that the business and corporate image for SAC is maintained or enhanced  Key contacts:  External : Senior level customer end decision makers, Industry bodies, Govt. agencies  Internal : Along the business vertical with Regional / global sector leaders, marketing, VC, Finance, TCS, HR etc.
