- 3-5 years of work experience with a FMCG/Retail/ Consumer Brand/ eCommerce Venture Knowledge of Retail, consumer goods industry, online industry

- Develop and monitor the strategic direction of our brand's positioning and the integration of all brand activation in line with the core brand idea.
- Independently Building, Overseeing and managing a TEAM of Sales managers, marketing operations executives, Interns, Promoters etc
- Overseeing and managing agencies, incl. advertising, media, promotional, and other agencies as applicable to these activations
- Ideation, Creation & implementation BTL plans for us
- Responsible for ensuring effective execution of BTL activities
- Branding, Promotions, Road Shows, Events, Exhibitions, Visual Merchandising, etc.
- New Category / Catchment launch activities.
- New Catchment and product related branding, communication, promotion & Launch plans ( to work closely with the Digital/ Social media team & PR/ Communications team to effectively execute these new launches ) managing and controlling the budget
- Leading and managing the innovation pipeline for the company
- Market Research & Competitor analysis to be continuously shared with the TEAM
- Periodic Reporting & post-campaign analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the campaign
- Establishing clear and measurable KPIs, reviewing the brands performance against targets and directing revision of plans, where possible to correct under performance within agreed budgets.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work under demanding and highly performance driven work environment .
- Open to feedback & criticism and in a constant quest to improve .
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team across sales, customer experience, product development, engineering and operations. In this role, you'll be involved with the offline marketing strategy from beginning to end
