Tech with 8 + years of IT Service Delivery Experience in Banking , Retail or Telecom Industry  About the Profile:   Designation: Head Information Technology  Grade: Assistant Vice President / Band 3  Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer   Role Description:  The position is responsible for managing end to end IT Operations, System Application and IT Infrastructure support for BTI Payments.   Key Responsibilities shall include the following :   - Drive IT solutions for Key Business initiatives across the organizations like SAP, Mobile applications etc.   - Drive end to end delivery of all IT projects as per the organization requirement   - Manage & Oversee software and network security at datacenters and in-house network according to the company's standards and protocol.   - Initiate and lead process improvement, automation and special projects.   - Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional area.   - Develop daily/periodic pipeline reports, productivity and quality dashboards.   - Develop decision and reporting tools to minimize variability, improve quality and maximize profitability of the business.   - Accurate and timely reporting of all MIS to Operations, Senior Management and other customers.   - Manage all system back-up and restore protocols and ensure the correct operations of these backups in datacenters and local customer installations.   - Research and develop new and adjust existing installation, configuration and maintenance plans for datacenters, in-house network and exchange test connections which comply to standards/protocol; establish and continuously improve   - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive projects for various business units within the organization
