Position Title: CFO  About Role:  As a key member of the Executive Team and reporting to the Management Team, you will play an active role in the planning and decisions relating to strategic initiatives and growth models of the company. We are looking for someone who believes in our business and has what it takes to help take the company to the next level. You will spearhead all things Finance, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Deal Analysis, Investor Relations and Private and Institutional Financing. You will provide operational support for key areas of the business including client and partner contracts and negotiations, pricing, business planning and operating model. Other key responsibilities include:  Key Responsibilities:  - Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, providing leadership, vision and focus to ensure the short term and long term financial health of the organization.  - Develop financial and operational strategies, including global expansion and metrics tied to strategies, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.   - Assess and evaluate financial performance of the organization with regard to long term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Create and establish monthly, quarterly and annual financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.  - Provide regular insight and recommendations to both short term and long term growth plans of organization. Utilize forward-looking models and activity-based analyses to provide financial insight into the organization's plans and operating budgets.  - Ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures. Implement policies, procedures, processes and systems to provide a wide range of financial and operational information. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.  - Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget. Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting, P&L, forecast vs. budget and cash flow reports. Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for company management, investors, lenders and board of directors.   - Lead and motivate the Finance team  - Engage with the board of directors to develop short term and long term plans, projections and budgets   - Oversee preparation of month end and quarterly financial statements and external audits  Require Key Skills:  - 10+ years of finance and accounting leadership experience in financial operations; prior experience in professional services (Technology Company experience ideal).  - Willing to relocate & frequent travelling to International location  - Experience working in a startup organization during a period of dynamic growth globally  - Track record of successfully funded private companies   - Strong understanding of professional services pricing, project costing and forecasting and analysis.   - High level of experience and competence in financial accounting, cash management, corporate finance, systems implementations and mergers and acquisitions.   - Experience managing the creation and development of metrics and - scorecards- to enable and enhance functional stewardship of managing budgets and investment in strategic and operational initiatives that drive our business forward.  - Experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance related issues. Proven ability to implement and maintain internal control over financial reporting compliance with knowledge and understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.  - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; MBA or MS in Accounting/Finance and/or CA is preferred.  NOTE- Job Location is Mumbai, Candidates need to work from Ireland after 6 months.  About BrowserStack  An online cross-browser cross-platform testing product launched in August 2011, which provides a cloud platform where developers, testers and designers can test their web applications.
