Experience Required: The candidate should possess experience of IT project management, solution sales and customer relationship management. Ideal candidate would have a demonstrable experience in one or all of the following areas:
Understanding customer's pain areas and architecting solutions around a software product
Ability to clearly capture customer requirements - esp. from the perspective of a product implementation & integration
Management of high impact IT implementation projects with short time-lines
Product installations, configurations and helping customers adopt & use a product
Relationship management with large institutional customers
Job Role:
Work closely with the Browntape product team and other teams to:
Set-up demonstrations for potential customers
Understand customer requirements and document & articulate them
Execute implementation & integration projects with very tight dead-lines
Recommend new features and ideas to the product team based on customer feedback
Handle the relationship with the customer - acting as first point of escalation
Identify new growth areas within an existing customer account
