Various large retail groups outsource their multi-channel ecommerce to us. We need smart, passionate individuals to lead and grow these enterprise accounts. You grow if you generate good sales for our clients online and of course keep the process well oiled

You must have

- 2 to 5 years operational experience in the e-commerce industry.

- Experience in client-facing roles

- Ability to organize operational people to achieve goals in a timely fashion

- Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English

- Ninja-level skills with MS Excel

- Exposure to business software like ERPs, Inventory systems, accounting packages or other such

- A calm demeanor such that you are able to handle pressure situations which are bound to occur

What your job will entail:

- Managing the business of 5 to 15 clients depending on the size of the accounts

- Ensure that all the products of the clients are listed correctly on all channels

- Forge relations with the top 10 e-commerce sites in India to get our clients' products featured in their deals and promotions

- Run email and social promotions to our own database

- Assign work on a daily level to the operational team under you

- Ensure that the orders are fulfilled smoothly by the clients' warehouse staff

- Report on numbers to the management team and the client

- Generate more and more sales for the clients

Along with the salary, every quarter you will be paid commissions based on the sales that you are able to generate for clients under you.
