Key purpose of the role  - To lead the RA Operations team in CBS India ( Gurgaon and Kolkata) responsible for operating the Revenue Assurance Operational Controls with the agreed scope and process.  Manage the RA CBS current budgets and new demand forecast, own the recruitment process for new roles, performance manage the team and implement new capabilities for RA in collaboration with CBS Head of Margin Management and CBS HR team.  - Own and maintain accurate process design and documentation of all operational controls under management  - Responsible for the timely and accurate production of the Operational KPIs packs and the distribution to the key stakeholders in each line of business  - Develop and improve processes, policy and procedures working very closely with CBS Head of Margin Management and Group revenue Assurance to drive best practise by implementing Continuous Improvement programme in RA CBS team   - To actively drive operational efficiency and excellence within the activities under management by constantly reviewing all required business process and rules outlined by the BT Group RA and in accordance with CBS operational strategy  - Working with CBS Head of Margin Management to develop and manage executive stakeholder relationship and act as a Group RA Ambassador in CBS. To raise the awareness and profile of Group Revenue Assurance within the business by working effectively across virtual teams and with key stakeholders in driving the end to end best practice model for Revenue Assurance  - Support the implementation of the full e2e deployment of the RA tools and controls within CBS in line with the RA Croup Strategy and CBS processes and standards   - Working with CBS central teams to review and sign-off all year-end system audits by BT external/internal auditors for the controls operated by CBS India on behalf or Group Revenue Assurance   Key responsibilities & Job standards  - To support the delivery of the Roadmap objectives for BT Group Revenue Assurance focused on the validation of cost to revenues, leading on relevant areas  - Working with CBS Head of Margin Management to pro-actively investigate & lead on new areas of possible leakage (Revenue and Cost) through liaising with various points of contact across the business and\or through the analysis of various data sources available to the team  - Lead and\or support the co-ordination of recovery activities with various parts of the business, as well as support any recovery teams in place (directly or indirectly)  - To develop weekly and monthly reconciliation packs and KPI dashboards in agreement with the RA/CBS LOB Leads and the RA Director/ CBS Directors   - Produce ad-hoc reporting as required by the business within the operational capacity of the team   - To champion revenue leakage issues across BT Group and CBS by influencing and engaging key stakeholders on activity and resource requirements necessary to drive revenue maximisation  - Support the implementation & the full deployment and management of the RA tool, by becoming a key user in relevant areas  - Establish the operating framework across business verticals and CBS to support the Revenue Assurance targets by owning the engagement and ongoing relationship with key stakeholders and the CBS budget (CAPEX/OPEX) necessary to attain the agreed benefits.  - Responsible for driving, developing and presenting Operational KPI decks, monthly and quarterly executive summary packs for GRA to review with CFO/MDs highlighting any risk and issues in the operational controls and all the benefits delivered  - Ability to engage and influence effectively and efficiently with the leadership team and senior stakeholders across BT Group and CBS to support the Revenue Assurance strategy and improvement projects needed to deliver the Revenue Assurance target  - Drive team Leadership and Capability to work across a virtual team and drive productivity via shared resources to support BT Group Revenue Assurance delivery.  - Responsible for reducing complexities around recovery activities managed by RA CBS by initiating, owning and driving resourcing and process plans to support the benefit targets owned by RA across all BT LOBs  - Manage the Identification and minimization of all revenue and margin leakage issues resulting from e2e processes and initiate process improvement programs to reduce leakage/exposure for the agreed controls operated by CBS  - Support the implementation of the full e2e deployment of the RA tool within the Group portfolio.  - Define, contribute and manage the adherence to policies specific to business rules and regulatory covering all areas of the business (e.g. customer definition, contract breakage, customer T&C's and compliance).  - Aiding the improvement to working capital by justifying and supporting the validation of financials and management reporting.  - Engage as required in defining the control based reviews within the RA process by managing the mapping of the end-to-end process from L2C and/or T2R. This will include contributing to mapping; source systems, data-flows, data touch-points and risk points as well as assisting with internal control recommendations around revenue and cost leakages.  - Engage as required in pre to post-launch reviews of projects or migration of systems/processes where GRA is involved by ensuring there is clarity of the margin assurance / reconciliation process in place and full documentation of end-to-end process that will help CBS operate effectively any future controls   -
