Job Title : Trade Marketing Manager( GTM)  Purpose of the Role : To conceptualize, plan and execute the GTMs and coordinate with the VI vendor(s) for providing merchandising solutions in GT.  Job Responsibilities :   Planning and executing the GTMs in GT :   - To understand the requirement of the brand team for the launch of new products/restages   - Conceptualize and design GTMs for optimum placement of new launches   - Coordinate with the supply chain for stocks of the new SKUs   - Planning for the placement incentives  - Vendor management for printing of VI elements of new launches  Merchandising :  - Contributing towards the planning and execution of the visibility strategy in GT  - Merchandising arrangements in GT  - Coordination of the Signage placement in GT  Aging stock Liquidation :  - Keeping a close watch on the stock aging at the depots and intervening for faster liquidation of slow moving stock  Trade activation :  - Mapping the festivals across India and executing trade activations  Job Scope :  Internal Interactions (Within the Organization) : 1. RSM/ SOM/ASMs 2. Brand / Category Managers 3. Supply Chain representatives 4. IT SPOC 5. Dairy sales/brand Managers  External Interactions (Outside the Organization) : 1. Consultants 2.
