Britannia - Project Manager - Maintenance/Projects

Job Requirements:

Education: BE (Mechanical/Production/Industrial)

Experience: 6-8 years Industrial Experience in Maintenance/Projects

Competencies:

1. Exceptional Communication Skills

2. Great attention to detail

Purpose:

Create new facilities / factories through Greenfield or expansion in existing setup.

Functional Roles:

- End to end responsibility of project execution

- Capability of designing the factory / plant including layout etc.

- Interaction with Consultants and architects.

- Budget preparation and progress monitoring.

- Project tracking through detailed Gantt chart. Knowledge of MSP or equivalent software is essential.

- Statutory approvals - ability to liaison with various govt agencies.

- Adequate knowledge of tendering process for contractual works.

- Ability to develop technical specs of Plant & Equipment

- Coordinate with Purchase team for timely conclusion of POs.

- Vendor development

- Installation of Plant & Equipment

- Commissioning of the plant

- Strong ability to collaborate with various functions within & outside the organization.

- Conducting trials and defects rectification.

- Hand holding the completed project post commissioning.

- Closure of the project and helping in capitalization.

Administrative Roles:

- Provide effective guidance to your team.

- Effective utilization of the resources available.

- Conducting review meeting on progress against Gantt chart.

- Identifying the critical issues at site and extending support to address the same
