- Technical Graduation + MBA   - Experience between 5-8 years in similar role  - Should have led consultants (scale not important)  - Aspirations for a market facing/AM sort of role  - Previous experience in a technology services or product organization  - Strong analytical, excellent articulation and critical thinking skills  - Determine appropriate solutions applicable for the client organization to meet /improve their business /operations requirement  - Good understanding of SDLC or product development life cycle  - Ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity  - Strong communication skills, must be able to build consensus and persuade / influence the actions of others  - Previous client / stakeholders management skills preferred  - Ability to take risks and confidence to sign up for stretch goals  - Hunger to exceed above and beyond in all aspects - constantly look for ways to make things better
