Job brief

We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our employees keep pace with the rapidly evolving demands on technology and skills in the analytics industry. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow and staying ahead of the curve. Be innovative yet realistic on driving holistic and experiential learning. Capability development at Bi2i is seen as a holistic development of employees on tools & techniques, technology, business domain and behavioural skills.

Responsibilities

Run the business

- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs - Work closely with various leaders across the organisation and understand their units and training requirements

- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other events like meet-ups and conferences

- Oversee the creation of online learning modules and assessments to evaluate learners

- Provide regular communication : To the leadership team regarding training outcomes and metrics and to employees on learning and development events and resources

- Train the trainer - Teach training methods and skills to instructors to enhance learning experience

- Pulse checks and connects with analysts across levels and business units

- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

- Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants

- Strategy & Growth

- Make capability development a competitive advantage for Bi2i to attract talent and win customers

- Develop unique and dynamic experiences to accelerate learning curves

- Benchmark L&D best practices and emerging trends to make recommendations on course design, new tools/platforms for learning and technologies

- Set and drive strategy for closing the leadership development gap for Senior Managers and above.

Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience leading and delivering innovative employee Learning & Development strategies and programs

- Agility to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment

- Ability to scale from strategic to hands-on

- A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work in an environment which demands the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions

- Demonstrated success in strong program or project management with impeccable interpersonal, and team building skills

- Ability to work independently and lead/influence cross functional teams

- An excellent communicator with strong senior presence; have the ability to drive and influence business leaders, partner closely with senior executives and execute quickly

Plus / Good to Have

- Strong experience in the analytics field and/or technology

- ICF Coach certified, CPLP OR CLDP certified.

- Master's degree or post-graduate certification in Organization Development, Adult Learning or other relevant focus Areas
