Job Role :  - Responsible for maintaining an effective and efficient financial management system  - Manage the finance, accounts, taxation and compliance functions of the company and ensure timely finalization of accounts  - Ensure compliance with government / regulatory requirements and tax filings.  - Prepare and present periodic financial statements (monthly / quarterly / annual) including variation of actuals from budget, to the management and Board, to support effective decision-making, planning and control.  - Treasury Management  - Coordinate and ensure timely completion of audit process and engage with Board appointed Audit Committee  - Recommend and supervise implementation of operational best practices.  - Document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal control process.  Candidate Profile :   CA with 5-7 years work experience  - Big 4 Accounting background [Not must but good to have]  - MNC, Real Estate prior experience
