Hands-on Technical experience helps get the most out of every digital channel including mobile/smartphone and strategic media buying.  - E-Commerce: Expert in lead generation, affiliate marketing, product delivery supply chain management, online portal management, payment gateway management, web server management & new strategic initiatives for e-commerce vertical.  - Social Media Expertise - Experience of social media as a science and how it helps feed one of the basic human need of communication enabling businesses to drive engagements.  - Web Development - High end projects for various domains like Banking, E-Commerce, Brand and various campaigns to drive strong results from websites for efficient User Experience through Persona based approach  - Team Management - Recruitment, Operations and Delivery with high level of team involvement  - Ensure project meets the requirements and demands of the project's key stakeholders.  - Meet with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements.  - Manage project stakeholder reviews weekly to include IT and BU  - Ensure stakeholder feedback on POC / demos is incorporated into IT development  APPLY IF YOU HAVE-   - 10-12 years of total software/IT engineering experience. Out of this at least 7+ technical program management with Digital Advertising / Digital Marketing experience preferably with external customer facing web based software products  - Have the depth and width of decision making maturity. Be able to gain trust & respect of an engineering and dependent teams and stakeholders to deliver results  - Ability to manage and influence team members without authority and work with people within local and remote locations spread across time zones  - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicate across all levels of management  - Creating digital marketing strategy for multiple brands to deliver best ROI for their campaign on various result oriented matrices of cost per eyeball /cost per sale / cost per registration / cost per digital engagement  - Successfully handled multiple senior management roles with major Indian and Global Internet brands and helped them in restructuring and establishing strong online business models  - Work experience spans across leading Indian & Global Digital Brands   - Been a keen planner, strategist, innovator & implementer and have successfully built many online businesses from scratch; Expert in converting loss making online businesses to Profitable and have built multiple innovative online/mobile businesses & brands  - Understanding of various market ecosystem, consumer behavior, preferences and demographics; understanding the customer segmentation & customer satisfaction drivers; Tracking customer feedback, and other key metrics to measure success and engagement of new & existing products & features  - Have built big cross-functional teams from scratch and successfully planned & implemented all online offerings for different Portals; created steady growth in revenue, profitability, branding, traffic (organic/paid/direct/Social/referrals), site usage, reach, lead generation, user engagement, customer satisfaction, new customer acquisition, renewal sales, app download and more for various online businesses  - Ownership of the complete Product cycle that includes conceptualization, market research, web development, launch, positioning, value proposition, and enhancing overall user experience & sales conversion  - Held relevant project management and business analysis qualifications including agile certification  - Understanding of basic fundamentals of iterative development, basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures, incremental delivery and the value of metrics  - Familiarity with user experience design, ecommerce and web terminology, common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices   - Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to  WHAT- S IN IT FOR YOU-   - Compensation - As per industry standards  - Reporting to - Country Head  - Location - Gurgaon  KNOW ABOUT US MORE...  Founded in 2007, at Bravvura - AyD creates breakthrough digital experiences that connect brands and consumers via online, mobile and social platforms.
