Brand Manager / Sr. Brand Manager

Position: - Brand Manager / Sr. Brand Manager

Location: - Mumbai

Job Description:-

- Constructing the long term brand road map and developing the brand vision and range architecture for the brand. Developing the Annual Business plan for the brand and identifying the key brand jobs.

- New product innovations.

- Developing the complete marketing mix for the re-launch of Products. Overhauling of the range across product, packaging (structure & design), pricing & promotion.

- Increasing brand penetration by trial generation. Developing the marketing campaign for products to deployed across media vehicles.

- Responsible for strategic planning, ATL and BTL Activities, Brand P&L, Sales Coordination.

- Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market

- Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified

- Develop sales tools and collateral's

- Develop effective product positioning in the market

- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development

- Develop mid-term plan and financial analyses

- Launch and advertising and media planning

- Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products

- Undertake package development strategies.

- Many such relevant Responsibilities.

Requirements:-

- Should be working with a good FMCG company.

- Should have done MBA (Batch: 04, 05 & 06)

- Should have good ATL & BTL exposure.
