Manager – Brand Management/Market Research/Consumer Insights– Retail / CPG / FMCG Industry, Bangalore (4 + Years of exp)

Competency- Skills & Knowledge/ Values and Behaviours:

- Experience in Market research protocols, Brand management, Consumer insights & Analysis:consumer segmentation, opportunity mapping, brand building

- Demonstrated skills in data interpretation, analytical thinking, developing analytical constructs to marketing challenges

- Experience in using research and market data to draw consumer insights and derive marketing plans will be preferred

- Should have clarity of thought and strong communication skills

- Should have an idea/ interest in application of quantitative techniques to guide marketing and
business strategy

In Details Description:

- Hands on experience in strategy formulation through market research & branding by conducting various marketing studies on CPG/FMCG industry keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves

- Extensive experience in Brand Equity & Image studies, New Product Development, Sales & Distribution studies, Market Sizing and Opportunity mapping, Pricing analysis, Consumer behavior Studies (Consumption Needs & Occasions, Dayparts, and Demographic analysis, etc) and Consumer profiling, Advertisements tracking and evaluation (pre & post launch testing), Trade Promotional Activities and Marketing Campaign studies for fine tuning the marketing strategies for the client

Brand Management:

- Developing long term and short term brand plan and required marketing initiatives to achieve the brand objectives at national and regional level.

- Handling above-the-line activities involving brand properties, media planning, on-air communication, radio, print, outdoor, theater and mall activations.

- Handing below-the-line activities covering product portfolio optimization, trade and consumer promotions, events planning and execution, merchandising development and visibility tools.

- Coordinating with sales team, trade marketing team, research agency, OOH agency, contractors and other vendors for developing and implementing marketing activities.

Academic: Full Time Masters from Reputed School

Mandatory Essentials:

Should be only from Retail / FMCG / CPG Industry

Should be in Brand Management, Market Research & Consumer Insights.
