Company: A multinational Tobacco company

Position: Brand Manager

Qualification: Full time MBA

Experience: 3 to 5 years post qualification

Location: Delhi

Role:

- Development of all brand cycle materials for MASS engagement programs

- Ensuring top quality of execution in market for all POS materials and being constantly on the lookout for new technologies/processes to improve execution quality

- Cost optimization - work closely with procurement and external vendors to ensure best quality outputs at the most optimum costs

- On an ongoing basis, assess the performance of the brands through ongoing review of research information and market intelligence gathered through market visits.

- Develop and maintain brand frameworks to provide guidlines for brand strategy and execution

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Excellence in Execution : demonstrate project management excellence , appropriately and ruthless driving efficiency , identifies exceptional problems quickly and implement solutions, Consumer orientation

- Can instinctively see '' outputs'' through consumer eyes and able to build creative ideas.

- Creative with high energy level

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- An in-depth knowledge of brand management in FMCG or liquor industry
