KRA:
- Brand management, strategy and evolution
- Understanding the brand proposition and adjust the levers to align it with market evolution.
- Strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic and transactions.
- Develop market strategies to gain market share and achieve top and bottom line targets for the brand
- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like BTL, Digital, Mobile, Print and Radio.
- Manage end to end marketing campaigns
You are fit for this role if:
You have 2-5 years experience of branding/marketing in reputed FMCG companies.
MBA from "Tier 1 B Schools",
You are extremely driven to work with startup space.
