Scope of the role: Portfolio management & communication for Tata Ceramics
Job Profile:
Product management:
- Creating and managing the ceramics portfolio, which includes retail, hospitality and gift articles as three different categories.
- Development and launch of new range of products based on market feedback.
- Driving new product calendar in coordination with Tata Ceramics, sourcing, Design studio, external design house.
- Analyzing Competition and driving market shares.
- Ensuring delivery of budgeted margins.
- Analyzing and optimizing product mix
Communication:
- Developing and Executing the Advertising & promotion plan:
- Including mass media, local level advertising, BTL & PR, Digital media, Channel specific promotions, etc.
- Analyzing the marketing effectiveness of campaigns.
- Customer understanding & engagement
Key Deliverables:
- Delivering budgeted business plan for Ceramics category i.e. Vol, Val and Margin
- Deliver key campaigns as per objective
The right person:
- Graduate in any discipline with MBA in Sales/ Marketing from a good institute with minimum 4-5 years work experience in brand management.
- Experienced in consumer research
- High energy and a passion
- Excellent communication skills
