Brand Manager - Retail - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS

This opening is for a client which is a leading Global Retail Brand. Details for the role are as follows:

- Monitor and control dynamic pricing and assortment plan for various vendors

- Responsible for competitor bench-marking and designing the format layout accordingly

- Leading the team for New Stores Opening across the country

- Develop future strategies

- Prepare management level reports on the brand's performance, needs and forecasts

- Regular track and analyse the competitive landscapes and retail industry developments

- Key contributor to company's annual business planning and financial budgeting exercise

Required Candidate Profile:

- Current experience in Retail Industry

- Top B School passout (only ISB/ IIMs/ XLRI/ FMS/ JBIMS and colleges on similar lines)

- 2012 or 2013 passouts only

- Pre-MBA experience is an added advantage
