Designation: Brand Manager
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Desired Experienced: Min. 2 - 5 years - worked for FMCG preferably from Personal care / OTC
Desired Age: Max. 28 years
Desired Academic: MBA from Premier School
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely monitors and analyzes sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
- Drive the Creative & Media team and take responsibility for developing and implementing all marketing plans
- Execute specific marketing plans in collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as PR, Packaging, Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations
- Leverage knowledge of business, category and brand marketing strategy into actionable marketing strategies and plans to deliver against the company's business objectives
- Manage various ATL/BTL initiatives to establish brand communication.
Desired Skills:
- Good presentation and writing skills
- Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
