Brand Manager - Marketing  Job Purpose :   - Strategize and implement the brand and communication roadmap for naukri.com in order to keep Naukri as the market leader in the online recruitment space. It encompasses marketing for the job-seeker as well as the recruiter side for Naukri.com.   Key Responsibility Areas :   - Work with digital and creative agencies towards developing and executing brand and product communication. Ensure consistency in all Marketing Communication.   - Manage Social presence of the brand.   - Work closely with the Sales & Product Teams; execute marketing promotions to meet business objectives.   - Manage ground level execution of events as part of Customer Outreach.   - Monitor & track brand health, conduct research, cull out information which is relevant and act as a support for the brand.   - Understanding the digital landscape and some hands on experience on online marketing besides social media marketing only.   Team Management :   - Individual Contributor Role  - Ability to engage stakeholders and bring in consensus on initiatives and new ideas   KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role) :   - Brand impact, awareness and uplift with consumers   - Effectiveness of specific brand campaigns   - Lead Generation   Requirements :   - PDGBM / MBA (Marketing) from a premier B-School   - 4 to 8 years of experience in Marketing/Brand etc.   - Strong points to be data analysis and logical thinking.   - Prior exposure to research and media planning will be a plus.   - Should have good analytical skills.   - Should be a self-starter, with - out of the box- and strategic thinking ability   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   - Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
