Our client is one of the management institutes of the country that is associated with reputed institutions like the Stuart School of Business (Chicago), Georgia State University, Bordeaux University (France), and University of Luxemborg among the many others. It has been ranked among the top 10 B-schools by the Business Today, the Outlook and Careers 360 and CNBC-TV18 at different times. In 2014, they became the newest management institute in India to receive the globally acclaimed AMBA accreditation making them only the 7th in India and 210th in the world. Our Client currently has two campuses, one in Chennai and the other in Gurgaon. Its 27 acre fully residential world class flagship campus in Chennai is the first LEED platinum rated campus in India.

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing and developing P&L and driving market growth. The other responsibilities entailing this role will be as follows:

- Create a new brand through various traditional and new mediums

- Build the value proposition, its offerings, and help create winning propositions and messaging

- Work with external and internal teams to create brand strategy, and develop a differentiated, preferred and aspirational brand in education

- Work with creative agency, production houses and media buying agencies to ensure that consistent brand positioning and impactful communication is rolled out across TV, Print, Radio, Digital and outdoor

- Conduct consumer research, consumer and market analytics, data & insights mining [brand-tracking, media-tracking etc. overall and for specific campaigns and overall brand recall]

- Tactical short term projects designed to increase brand's share of voice in Digital and Social

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's target consumer and become his/her advocate across company initiatives, working in close collaboration with the marketing, product and operations teams.

- Work closely with our PR agency to execute the PR strategy

- Plan and execute high impact local campaigns through innovative channels within cities

- On-board brand ambassadors, brand champions and brand influencers.

- Identify OOH opportunities to create top-of-the-mind brand recall.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience working in B2C domain FMCGs, eCommerce, Startups or Agencies would be ideal

- Proven experience of creating a brand

- Should be passionate about crafting brand stories and consumer experiences, with a demonstrated ability to utilize consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to refine branding strategy and improve marketing communication

- Must have demonstrated experience in building a brand and working on complex projects independently

- Excellent interpersonal skills; outstanding in team work, ability to work successfully with teams across the organisation

- Detail orientation, execution excellence & entrepreneurial spirit

CTC : 30 to 40 LPA
