Hiring Brand Manager for one of the leading Multinational Luxury Liquor Brand  Experience: 5 to 10 years  Qualification: MBA Marketing (Full time)  Location: Mumbai  Reporting To: Head of Marketing  Industry: Liquor  CTC: upto 30Lp.a  KRA  Responsible for brand management of the assigned brand portfolio of the company:   Manage brand marketing function for assigned brands  Develop the strategy in order make it as India's one of the leading brand in its category  Develop Company's business in India  Deliver Brand Plan objectives to match volume/contribution to profit per Brand Plan  Conceptualize, execute promotions/own able & scalable promotion ideas per brand. To Plan & execute events & International visits per brand standards  Manage A&P Budgets/Reporting monthly basis as per audit requirements. Control A&P spends within limits.  Create On Premise demand with effective activation across hotels, restaurants bars and night clubs, Airport Duty Free Activation: Executing effective visibility and new launches/introduction of gift packs  Visibility & Merchandising OffTrade: Tapping key opportunities in trade, developing new markets. Regular market visits  Prepare Brand Plan for every year  Order, manage stock of POSM planning, delivery & storage.  Support Sr Manager in the Marketing activities and building the brand  Desired Profile  5+ years marketing experience within the beverages/ FMCG / Liquor industry  Prior W&S experience would be ideal, but not essential.  Good understanding of FMCG / W&S industry  Good presentation and communication skills  Know and understand the market place  A high level of commercial awareness   Good knowledge of wines will be an added advantage.  Cross-culturally sensitive  Independent decision maker, Challenging and able to take intelligent risks  Able to negotiate at all levels (internally & externally)  Please share your updated CV or call at 9555510903
