Brand Manager - Luxury Lifestyle Product

- Product launches - Launching relevant and differentiated products/collections, each quarter as per brand requirement and consumer trends, keeping in mind - brand personality, target groups, product selection, consumer campaigns etc.

- Portfolio Management - Ensure category assortment across price points and style spaces across both brands. Formulate & execute channel specific product, merchandizing and marketing strategies

- Category and Brand health - Enhance each category as a business segment and define plans to ensure top of mind and preference for the brand among the target groups

- Promotions - Ideation and execution of collection/campaign for in store consumer touch points. Atleast 2 ATL campaigns and 2 digital campaigns to be planned per year to be rolled out. Working closely with the brand team for development of new campaigns to educate customer on the category concepts and products

- Pricing - Implement a profitable pricing strategy ensuring a - Value For Money- offering to the customer

- Market Research - Spearhead consumer behavior, competitor mapping and market understanding through research & market visits and ensure products are in line with the trends

- Training - Training sales teams across channels wrt product technicalities and collections
