Brand Manager - FMCG(Skincare Category) - (3-10 yrs) for Kolkata Location

Urgently looking for Brand Manager - Skincare for FMCG Company.

Job Description:

- Analysis of brand performance, building hypothesis and actionable, execution of actionable nationally or through pilot

- Understanding consumer buying behavior, identifying leverage points, conducting small pilots around the
leverage points

- Data analysis and trend spotting to build hypothesis on future development of the portfolio

- Coordination with NPD team and R&D team on New Product Projects across the NPD funnel

- Identify Research Needs For Solving Specific Marketing Problems and execution of them

- Liaise with Advertising and Market Research agencies, Suppliers, Perfumers, R & D houses and internally with
Sales and Commercial functions

- PR campaign- tie up with a PR firm & get credible coverage for special campaigns, seasons.

- Responsibility for development, implementation, and management of the promotional programmes outlined in
the annual marketing plan, within the approved budget

- Handling BTL, ATL and PR activity.

- Handling NPD and NPL

Requirement:

- Education : Post Graduate from premium (tier 1 institutes)

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Brand Management within Skin Care or Wash care category.

- Team Management is Must.
