Job Position: Brand Manager
Function: Marketing (Brand Development)
Location: Mumbai
Main Accountabilities
1. Market Share : Deliver the Market Share target for the brand in the region by delivering the Innovation projects OTIF.
- The BM will be expected to develop and design the full mixes of the innovation projects (in conjunction with partner functions such as CMI, Supply Chain, R&D etc.), qualify them as per consumer insight guidelines and deliver a winning mix to the geography OTIF.
2. Business Results: The BM will be expected to deliver the Business results and especially contribute to the gross margin target of the category by creating plans for and delivering margin creative innovations, and identifying pricing and VIP opportunities.
3. Brand Equity : Ensure that the brand equity improves in line with the ambition.

Key Interfaces
1. Interfacing with Brand Building –The incumbent is expected to influence them to take the mix to market.
2. Liasoning with CMI, R&D, Supply Chain.: The BD brand manager needs to influence all aspects of the mix creation by liasoning with the functions.
3. Interface Creative agencies
Relevant Experience & Skills
Essential:
- MBA from premier B-school (2005 onwards)
- 8-10 Yrs experience in Sales & Marketing
Desirable:
- Sales exposure
- Brand management experience in either BB or BD
