CTC : Maximum CTC which can be offered is 18LPA
Education : MBA is must and Premier B-School are preferred
Desired Profile : Looking candidates with stable experience with FMCG/personal care/beauty care products
Job Description:
- Responsible for Topline & gross margin for the entire hair care category of the bran
- New Products development - Ideation through launching of the products
- Marketing & Communication activities - Sales promotions; Advertisements; PR & digital
- Responsible for end to end execution of launch plans in different cities and towns
- Academy development - conducting seminars & training programs for technical teams
Requisite Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Management handling personal care/Beauty care products
- Should have excellent communication skill
- Self-driven and display leadership skills
