Division: Marketing
Reporting to: Senior Manager - Marketing
Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai
Education: PGDM / MBA (Marketing) from Tier 1 institute only
(IIM, XLRI, TISS, FMS, SIBM, SCMHRD, SIBM, MDI, IIFT, SPJIMR, JBIMS, UBS)
Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in brand marketing post MBA
Batch: 2008 / 2009 / 2010 / 2011 / 2012
Position Summary
- To assist and effectively support brand management daily operations of the brand's products to ensure continuing contribution to business volume, share, profit and return on assets objectives.
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing operations, networks and 3P vendors to ensure flawless and timely execution of various marketing activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Developing Brand building/marketing plans - Concept, Packaging, Product, Communication
- Consumer & customer understanding to identify business opportunities and recommend plans to achieve it.
- On time delivery of assigned marketing projects with alignment from all internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Regular Competition Tracking for communication, trade, pricing related elements to influence brand's ongoing marketing decisions
- Manage multi-functional project teams to ensure excellence in execution (project plan development,, execution, tracking and summarizing results/learning).
Key Challenges
- Collaboration with internal departments: Marketing, Trade, Finance, Logistics, Supply Planning to lead business projects
- Manage and coordinate with several 3Ps for executing marketing activities - ensuring quality & speed to execution on time
- Collaborate with advertising agency to ensure all marketing activities TVC, print ad, packaging development, PR/Event, Game Show) meet marketing objective and timing.
- Lead business analysis and project financials to close marketing business plans
Qualifications & Experience
- 4-8 years of brand marketing experience post MBA
- The position requires appreciation and understanding of Marketing, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines.
- Candidate should have good understanding of digital marketing and preferably some experience in handling projects in digital space
