Job Description :
- Custodian of a set of brands
- Develop the brand architecture & key brand differentiators for establishing the brand
- Development and achievement of annual business plan targets in terms of turnover and contribution for the brands; Independently managed the brand budget
- Create roadmap of marketing activities for the product portfolio
- Prepared Brand plans for products basis internal challenges and competitive landscape
- Identified/Clustered markets basis brand strengths & deployment of brand inputs to leverage the same
- Cost reduction project on the products
- Execute projects involving new product development, packaging development, brand communication development, market research conceptualization and execution
- Leverage traditional and digital media as well as micro marketing activities for sharply targeted promotion to consumers
- Ensured timely delivery of planned activities by interfacing with external partners: Creative Agencies, Production Houses, Media Agencies, Research Partners and Internal Stakeholders such as Packaging, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, PD, R&D, Media, Research, PR, Trade Marketing & Sales Team
- Monitor/action on brand performance metrics basis GFK, ACN and IMRB tracks
- Managed business from the online-store, resulting in significant growth in turnover
